September Playlist

Every month I start a new playlist that encapsulates the vibes and energy of the new month. As the month goes on my September playlist has just been getting better and better. In today's post I'll highlight my favorite songs but I also included a link to the playlist itself so you can have a listen (RIP spotify users).

My current favorite on this playlist is Yard Sale by The Brook and The Bluff. The vibes are so fun and funky. A repetitive line is "I wander off again," and I am just relating to that so much because I really am wandering off and around and just doing and seeing new things.  Definitely recommend a listen.

"The Scythe" by The Last Dinner Party. Okay guys TLDP is releasing a new album in October and I am so excited. Their first two released singles on the album are insane and I love them. "The Scythe" is their most recent release and wow. They never miss ever. My favorite band, no notes.

"Happy Accidents" by Saint Motel is another great listen off this playlist. This song theorizes what it would be like if you never met the person who makes you the happiest. Towards the end the writers conclude that it doesn't matter how you met or why but that the people that surround you are just a happy accident. It is such a fun song and I love it.

I won't get too into it but "Give It A Break" by Bo Staloch, "Theory of Emotion" by Del Water Gap and "Pulling Teeth" by Sarah and the Sundays are all more favorites of mine off this playlist.

All around good vibes and energy for September and I hope you give a listen!
