Banff, guys let me tell you about it. I was being super spontaneous and planned a last minute trip to accompany Cassia to Banff. For some back story, after our adventure in the Kootenays in British Columbia, Cassia was off to Banff to her new job at a cutie coffee shop and a brand new life. Obviously, I'm super hype for her and got the opportunity to go with her to her new home before my next adventure which is exploring and travelling the West Coast with my friend Hayden. We had two days to make our way to Alberta and have a mini adventure of our own and I haven't been to Banff yet so I was down and ready. We said goodbye to Kaslo and travelled to Revelstoke, BC about 3 hours away. We were desperate for some ramen so we headed downtown and got the most amazing bowls of ramen and some sushi.

The next morning we got up and were headed the last 3 hours to Banff!!!!!!! We got into town and stopped by the visitor's center to get our park pass and were on a mission to find a pumpkin spiced latte. Cassia and I are true coffee girls so we had high expectations. Now this latte tasted like they hand squeezed a roasted spiced pumpkin right into our drinks. It was such an amazing drink with great energy from the coffee shop and the town of Banff. We then went off to have lunch and then had a very exciting hike planned for after. We went off on our hike (we never forget our bear spray) and got to see all of Banff from above.
The next morning we were on a mission. We had to get a coffee and we had piercing appointments!! Cassia and I have been planning on getting nose piercings together since we met. On our last day together we finally got to make that dream a reality. But before I get ahead of myself we had a latte to get. We went to a cute cafe in Canmore and got Maple lattes. The seasonal beverages are out and about and I am LOVING it. We then had to make our way to our piercing appointment! The traffic in Banff was so so major because of a bike race so I was not have a good time with that and finding a parking spot. But fortunately after some circles around town I finally got a spot. We got into our appointment and got all settled and we got poked! After our appointments it was sadly time to take Cassia to her new housing and time for me to head off to Vancouver. Meeting Cass in Kaslo was such a highlight for me and I'm so happy to have shared so much time with her. She has been a big supporter of my blog so I know she will be reading this and just so you know Cass I am missing you girl (Heart hands). Banff was breathtaking and I am so thankful to have gotten the chance to go.
